This free engaging and interactive one day workshop is for anyone who wants to speak up and influence decisions and situations that affect their lives.

On this programme you will:

• Identify and clarify your own values so that you know what is important to you
• Explore what is it you want to influence and speak up for
• Look at the skills and approaches associated with Speaking Up
